Most of what we have built started as a message from a parent. If something is missing, or something is broken, this is where to say so. A person reads every message, though we cannot always reply.

Only so we can reply if we need to ask something. Leave it blank and the message still arrives.

Settings → Send feedback does the same thing, and tells us which version you are on, which usually saves a round trip.
